The Buffalo Bills and Tennessee Titans will be the teams pairing up in the 2009 NFL Hall of Fame Game played in Canton, Ohio. The Buffalo Bills will be well represented this season at the NFL Hall of Fame weekend, as Bruce Smith and Bills owner Ralph Wilson Jr will be inducted into the 2009 Pro Football Hall of Fame.

The line on the football game as been set as the Titans being a -3 point favorite and the OVER/UNDER is a very low 31. Let’s face it, this seems to be somewhat of a trap total, as you have Terrell Owens making his first appearance as a Bills this weekend, but he will only play a quarter or so. Therefore, make sure to handicapping the second and third positions on the depth chart and it looks like the Titans might have the better QB depth for the 4th quarter, but I like the Bills running game way better, so the UNDER 31.0 might be the appropriate call.
