Speaking about western division teams, the Calgary Stampeders are my TOP Power Ranking team for the second consecutive week in a row and they have one of the most underrated defenses in the league.

Montreal suffered their second lost of the season last week in Toronto, so be careful if you’re looking to bet on the Argos this weekend, as they are in a classic letdown spot. In fact, the Montreal Alouettes are a perfect 7-0 at home after a road lost the last 2 years and they are 34-12 SU since 1996 in this situation. The Bombers are playing QB roulette and will go with Steven Jyles this week in Montreal and this game will have a significant impact on Head Coach Paul LaPolice future as a head coach, as it will tell us if he has the motivational skills to initiate a spark for his football club after 2 straight division loses.
