The Dallas Cowboys had a sloppy preseason and a sloppy Week 1, punctuated by a sloppy play at the end of the fourth quarter that would have given them an opening day victory over the Washington Redskins. Will this week be the one when the Cowboys finally manage to turn things around?

Cowboys head coach Wade Phillips will have his work cut out for him in Week 2 trying to reverse a frightening trend that has appeared so far in this early 2010 campaign. Though Tony Romo and Roy Williams managed to connect for a would-be game winning touch down pass, the Cowboys committed 12 penalties on the afternoon, including the flag that reversed their star tandem’s final TD.
