Why these 3 types of picks?

In one word: DAMAGE CONTROL!

You need to control your spending habits on over valued favorites and minimize your damages when you lose a bet.

Let me explain; if you wager $100 dollars on three Favorites of -150, -220 and -170 and lose all 3 picks, you are now down $540 dollars and it will take you 6 WINNING wagers just to get close to breaking even! The chances of you making a profit in 3 days are probably less then 10%.

However, when you wager on a Favorite of less then -140, an Underdog and a total, you are now being responsible in your wagering and you’re chances of making a profit are now in your favor.

Example; Using the same losing example above, let’s say you wager -120, +150 and -110 and lose all 3 picks, you are only down $330. You see where I’m going with this? If we lower the risk on you betting on favorites and get you betting underdogs and totals, we have a better chance of making a profit in 3 days!

Furthermore, when we hit one of those big underdog picks, the chances of us making a profit that day is now 50% because we only need that favorite or over/under pick to come through for us to make a daily profit.

St.Louis: When ST LOUIS team played as a Road team - With 1 day off - During the month of March - Coming off a 1 game win; the Blues are 7-3-1 SU in this role since 1996. The Jackets are playing their first home game off a long road trip and that’s a tough game to win. Columbus are 0-5 SU in their last 5 and Halak is back tonight.

Carolina: Dustin Byfuglien is out for tonight’s game, that’s huge. When CAROLINA Played as home team as a Favorite - During Current Season - Lost Last Game by 3 Goals or Less; the Canes are 9-3 SU in this role.

Tampa Bay: The line is fishy at -110, but it boils down to whom do you trust more, Turco or Roloson at this point? Turco expected to get the nod tonight.

Calgary: Call it the “Turku vs. Helsinki” duel, as both goalies are from Finland and home bragging rights in city papers are on the line! I’m going with Kipper in a shutout…
