Let’s face it; the real main event at UFC 100 in my view is George St. Pierre vs. Thiago Alves. How can you make a rookie MMA Fighter in the octagon like Brock Lesnar your main event to your Century mark party? No disrespect to Frank Mir who in my view will win his fight with Lesnar, but this fight should have been the first one on the Pay per View card when the real audience kicks in at 10pm.

I was watching the MMA Expo interviews in Toronto and most of the fighters didn’t like the fact Lesnar didn’t have to earn his stripes to get his title shot and got lucky in his 4th fight to reach a title shot vs. a Randy Couture at the end of his career.

Kimb Slice in the Ultimate Fighter?

Now, Dana White is going to let Kimbo Slice fight in the Ultimate Fighter, but at least he will have to earn his pay check and work his way to the top. Much respect for Kimbo Slice who in my view, seems to be a lost soul looking for attention and underneath all that bravado, is a person who’s just looking to fit in to society and trying to earn a living the "tax paying" way! Hopefully Kimbo will not make it to the top at Ultimate Fighter and maybe find another way to earn a living in the MMA or fighting world, because let’s face it, how many good years can a 35 year old street fighter have left in a world where there’s always another young hungry warrior trying to make a name for themselves.

Aside from the Main Event, MMA fans will be treated to some great fights, as St. Pierre vs. Alves looks to be very promising and I’m not sure St. Pierre will want to stand toe to toe with this wild Brazilian. One of the other great fights will be Dan Henderson who lost a split decision to Rich Franklin in January, will take on Michael “The Count” Bisping who has not fought since October of last year, so there could be some ring rust vs. a smart veteran like Henderson who will probably take this one to the mat where he will dominate.

How it works if you want to bet on Mir, simply deposit money into your betting account, lay $100 on Frank Mir to win over Brock Lesnar and it will payout $190.
